The Quality Management System (QMS) was established by the decision taken at the 4th meeting of our university senate on March 7, 2017, with the aim of determining the necessary procedures for the implementation and development of the effectiveness of the Quality Management System (QMS) in the units of Gaziantep University, taking into account the needs and expectations of internal and external stakeholders, evaluating services, and continuously improving the effectiveness of unit processes; ensuring the necessary coordination and communication for the standardized implementation in all units and in accordance with the decisions of the Gaziantep University Quality Commission, pursuant to the decision numbered 12 of the senate meeting numbered 1 on January 10, 2017, following the entry into force of the Higher Education Quality Assurance Regulation published in the Official Gazette on July 23, 2015; reporting the results; monitoring quality assurance systems; carrying out quality documentation processes; monitoring accreditation processes; and creating internal and external evaluation reports.
